To be as transparent as possible, prices will be displayed after creating an account. That's why, if you're really interested in our products, you should create an account.

The guarantee offered by us is for any kind of hardware or software problems. Most problems can be debugged online remotely. However, if there is a more serious problem, which cannot be fixed online, it will be necessary to send the equipment to us for service, in Oradea, Str. Suisului no. 10A, BIHOR, Romania. You must know that these delivery costs from you to us and vice versa, are not covered by the warranty and you will have to bear them. The repair, on the other hand, will be free during the warranty period, as long as the defect is not your fault. Be very careful how you pack the product when you send it. Inadequate packaging can lead to its destruction.
Delivery
- Standard delivery is 45-60 days from the date of deposit advance into our account. Li>
- Fast delivery is 30 days from the date your deposit is credited to our account. Li>

As the import operation is required for the products ordered from the factory, the delivery is as follows:
- For Standard Delivery - If the ordered products are not even in the factory stock, it takes 14 days to produce Indoor equipment, respectively 25-30 days for Outdoor equipment that requires a air conditioning module, as the air conditioning module must be adjusted according to the chosen outdoor model (there is no standard module). After the end of production, the delivery phase begins, which can last up to 14 days, depending on the vessels available at the time of completion of the production and packaging process. The third phase is the shipping, which is 30 days from the date of loading on the ship. The last phase is the processing of customs documents, respectively the delivery to the info-kiosk.ro warehouse and the preparation and testing of the equipment. This can take up to 7 days, followed by road delivery to the beneficiary, respectively the installation of his location. Li>

This can take up to 2-3 days, followed by road delivery to the beneficiary, respectively the installation of its location. - Software products in the Management Applications , are delivered electronically, by email in 1-2 hours.
- Software products from Interactive applications category , are delivered electronically, by email in 15-30 days, depending on the preferences of the beneficiary.
- Software products in the Accessories category are delivered 1 -3 days, depending on the stocks existing at the time of the order.

SiteKiosk Online SERVER
- for communication with SiteKiosk Online terminals and access to the site:

The optional VNC connection to clients can be established via the SiteKiosk Online Server, reducing the team's traffic allocation (Repeater), or through a direct connection to the client (Teredo).
The Repeater option requires the following ports to be available on the SiteKiosk Online server:
5901 Incoming TCP (VNCViewer port)
5500 incoming TCP (VNCServer port)
55901 Incoming UDP (controller port)
55900 Outbound UDP (CtS blackboard) - for sending e-mail (if an optional e-mail server is installed on the same server machine):

Note SiteKiosk Android clients will always upload files directly from the SiteKiosk Online Server via https (443). - VNC Remote Desktop (SiteKiosk Windows Clients / Only applies to SiteKiosk Online before version 1.1.xxxx)):
An optional VNC connection to clients can be established via the SiteKiosk Online Server at the expense of team traffic (Repeater) or by directly connecting the client (Teredo).
Repeater version requires
TCP 5500 (out),
UDP 55901 (out) and
UDP 55900 (in).
The Teredo version requires at least
UDP 3544 (out),
which will allow you to connect to clients on the same network, for machines outside the same network, all must be enabled outgoing UDP traffic. Prior to SiteKiosk Online version 1.1, VNC requires the UVNC client (Viewer) on the computer you are using to establish the connection.
Needs TCP 5901 (out).
With SiteKiosk Online version 1.1, this is no longer necessary, as VNC access is web-based and can be started in the browser without the need to install an additional application (requirement is SKO Client v1.1).
